About Us

Proven Experience

Bloomfield Partners, LLC was launched in 2014 in Roanoke, VA to provide growth capital to software and related services companies.  We are a value-added investor who looks to be actively engaged with our portfolio companies.  We have a patient, long-term investment philosophy that is not exclusively driven by the size of our investment return, but by making decisions that are in the long-term best interest of the founding entrepreneurs and their shareholders.

Our managing partner is Kevin Bloomfield.  Kevin co-founded and previously served as President & CEO of NetVentures Corporation (NVC). His company built a fast-growing, disruptive cloud-based Operations & Fund Accounting software platform for progressive non-profit organizations. The company grew to serve over 500 organization branches and handled over $2 billion in financial transactions. In June 2014, NVC was acquired by Daxko, a portfolio company of private equity firm Pamlico Capital.
